GATINEAU, Quebec, July 15, 2010 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of lane reductions on the Chaudière Crossing from 8 p.m. on Friday, July 16, until 5 a.m. on Monday, July 19.
One of two Gatineau–bound lanes on Eddy Street will be closed. The other lane will remain open. This lane reduction will not affect Ottawa–bound traffic. The sidewalks will remain open to pedestrians.
This lane reduction is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the roadway.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience this lane reduction may cause.
