REGINA — On Tuesday, July 20, David Anderson, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Natural Resources and to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food for the Canadian Wheat Board, will announce a new climate change adaptation initiative for the Prairie provinces. He will be joined by Dustin Duncan, Minister Responsible for the Saskatchewan Watershed Authority and Minister of Environment, and Dr. Vianne Timmons, President of the University of Regina.
