Vancouver, B.C. (August 10, 2010): A Victoria concert series inspired by B.C. artist Emily Carr, a play comparing privilege and deep economic disparities from the 19th century to today, and a hip-hop musical theatre exploring the lure of gang culture on young adults are just three of the diverse artistic works funded by Arts Partners in Creative Development (APCD).
