GATINEAU, Quebec, August 24, 2010 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of a lane reduction on the Des Allumettes Bridge in Pembroke from 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25, until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27.
One lane will remain open to traffic at all times and alternating traffic flow will be controlled using traffic lights at each approach of the bridge.
This lane reduction is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
Public Works and Government Services Canada apologizes for any inconvenience this lane reduction may cause.
