The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency is seeking public comment on the appropriateness of re-declaring the above noted report to streamline the environmental assessment of the designated class of recurring projects.
The original replacement class screening report (RCSR) was declared by the Agency for use as a class screening report on April 28, 2007 and subsequently expired on April 28, 2010. The revised RCSR can be found in the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry, on the Agency's Web site. The report may also be obtained at the following locations:
