OTTAWA-Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, and Mr. Jean-Daniel Lafond will be the guests of honour at a farewell reception that will be held in the Hall of Honour of Centre Block, on Parliament Hill, at noon, on Tuesday, September 28, 2010.
The Governor General will deliver remarks following the Honourable Noël A. Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate, and the Honourable Peter Milliken, Speaker of the House of Commons.
