The Honourable John Baird, Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and Member of Parliament for Ottawa West-Nepean, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will make an announcement about an initiative that will improve foreign credential recognition in Canada.
