Whistler, September 30, 2010 – The President of the Treasury Board and Minister for the Asia-Pacific Gateway, the Honourable Stockwell Day, will deliver a speech to the Union of British Columbia Municipalities on the importance of restraint as a key to Canada’s economic recovery and growth.
