Consumer Price Index, September 2010
Consumer prices rose 1.9% in the 12 months to September, following a 1.7% increase in August. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, consumer prices rose 0.3% in September.
Retail trade, August 2010
Retail sales increased 0.5% in August after flat sales the previous two months. In volume terms, sales were up 0.3%.
