Gatineau, Quebec, Friday, October 8, 2010 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists that two of three Ottawa-bound lanes of the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge will be closed from:
- 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, until 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13
- 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, until 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 14
These lane reductions will not affect pedestrians.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
These delays are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
