Mr. Bernard Généreux, Member of Parliament for Montmagny-L'Islet-Kamouraska-Rivière-du-Loup, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, and Ms. Yolande James, Minister of Families, on behalf of Ms. Michelle Courchesne, Minister responsible for Government Administration and President of the Treasury Board for Quebec, will make an important announcement about Newborn Registration Services.
