Mr. Dean Del Mastro, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Member of Parliament for Peterborough, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will make an announcement about an initiative that will improve foreign credential recognition in Canada.
