St. Laurent, QC - The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister of State (Agriculture), will decorate 14 citizens of Quebec with the Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation during a ceremony that will be held this Tuesday in St. Laurent, Quebec.
