Calgary – The Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister of State (Agriculture), will host a press conference at the Calgary District Office of Veterans Affairs Canada to highlight how the Government of Canada is improving the care and support of our Veterans and their families. He will also outline changes within the Department of Veterans Affairs to better serve Veterans and their families.
Minister Blackburn has embarked on a cross-country tour to meet Veterans and explain how the Government of Canada's programs, benefits and services for Veterans are being enhanced to meet their increasingly complex needs and expectations.
