GATINEAU, Quebec, Tuesday, May 24, 2011 – Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise motorists of lane reductions on the Chaudière Crossing from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26.
During that time, one lane will remain open for each traffic direction.
These lane reductions will not affect pedestrians.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
These lane reductions are necessary to conduct a general inspection of the bridge.
PWGSC encourages users to exercise caution when in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
