On Friday, May 20, 2011, Member of Parliament Leon Benoit, on behalf of the Honourable Vic Toews, Canada's Public Safety Minister, will address graduates of a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) training course.
