Tuesday, May 17, Port-au-Prince, Haiti – Today, during a trip to Haiti to attend a UN medal parade for Canadian police, a senior RCMP officer and the widow of an RCMP officer who died in Haiti will pay a special visit to an orphanage in Port-au-Prince.
The purpose of the visit is to present two cheques to the orphanage to help rebuild it and pay for the children’s schooling. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 17 at approx. 1 pm local time at the Enfant Jésus-de-Prague Orphanage in Péguyville.
