Longueuil, Quebec, June 20, 2011 – On June 21st and 22nd, the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) will hold its first Orbital Debris Workshop since it joined the Inter-Agency Debris Coordination Committee (IADC) last year. This workshop aims at informing and consulting with international experts interested in the subject of human-generated Orbital Debris.
On Wednesday, June 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the following experts in the field of space debris will be available for interviews.

In 2010, CSA joined the Inter-Agency Debris Coordination Committee (IADC) to actively work with other space agencies in order to share information relating to space debris and to focus and harmonize Canadian space research activities in this area.
