The Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of State for Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) and La Francophonie, will be in Bay Bulls, NL on Tuesday, July 19, 2011, as part of a summer tour of Atlantic Canada. During his tour, Minister Valcourt will meet with community and business leaders and participate in several announcements focused on growth, jobs and prosperity for the region.
