GATINEAU, Quebec, August 26, 2011 - Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise motorists of a lane reduction on the Des Allumettes Bridge in Pembroke from 7:00 a.m., Monday, August 29 until 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 2, 2011.
One lane will remain open to traffic at all times and alternating traffic flow will be controlled by traffic lights at each approach to the bridge.
This lane reduction is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change due to inclement weather.
PWGSC encourages users to exercise caution in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
