KINGSTON, Ontario, November 18, 2011 – Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise all local residents that vehicular traffic will be restricted to a single lane weeknights on the LaSalle Causeway Bascule Lift Bridge in Kingston, Ontario, between:
- November 21, 2011, and November 25, 2011, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and;
- November 28, 2011, and December 2, 2011, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The bridge will be closed to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the following nights:
- December 6, 7, and 8, 2011, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The closures will allow maintenance work to be performed. The schedule may change due weather conditions. PWGSC thanks users for their patience.
