GATINEAU, Quebec, December 14, 2011 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of lane reductions on the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 15.
During that time, two of the three Gatineau-bound lanes and one of the three Ottawa-bound lanes will be closed.
These lane reductions are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge and will not affect pedestrians.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
