Lévis, Quebec — The Honourable Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs, will participate in a discussion about the impacts of war, particularly for youth. The discussion will be preceded by a performance of the play "Le grand cahier," presented in cooperation with the theatre touring organization Les Voyagements.
Media are invited to attend the play and the discussion.
