Montréal, Quebec, March 27, 2012 – The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announces that the firm Theatrixx Technologies Inc. has been granted financial assistance for the external commercialization of innovative technical equipment for the performing arts industry and cultural establishments.
“By lending support to Theatrixx Technologies, the Government of Canada is contributing to the growth of the Montréal area economy,” says Minister Lebel.
Theatrixx Technologies Inc. distributes and manufactures technical equipment such as power units, distribution cables, LED lighting products and audio and video presentation systems.
This financial assistance, granted in the form of a $224,624 repayable contribution, has been awarded through Canada Economic Development’s Business and Regional Growth program.
