GATINEAU, Quebec, April 27, 2012 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of a lane reduction on the Alexandra Bridge.
The north-bound lane towards Gatineau will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012.
During that time, only one lane will remain open and will alternate in direction. A traffic controller will be on site to direct traffic.
This lane closure is necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
