Dr. Kellie Leitch, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and to Canada’s Labour Minister and Member of Parliament for Simcoe–Grey, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will make an announcement at this year’s Skills Canada National Competition.
