GATINEAU, Quebec, May 24, 2012 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists that there will be sporadic lane reductions on the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge between Ottawa and Gatineau on Friday, May 25 and Saturday, May 26.
The outside right lane in both the Ottawa-bound and Gatineau-bound directions will be closed intermittently on both days between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
These lane reductions are necessary to conduct general maintenance on the bridge.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
