Halifax, Nova Scotia―The Honourable Beverley J. Oda, Minister of International Cooperation, will make an announcement of support to an Association of Canadian Community Colleges' program designed to promote education and job skills development. Minister Oda will be a keynote speaker at the 2012 World Congress of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics. The overall theme of the Congress is "Driving the Global Economy" to stimulate dialogue on the influence of education on societies, economies and urban and rural communities.
