QUÉBEC - Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Quebec Region, has released a list of fishers from the Gaspé fined between February and June 2012 for various offences under the Fisheries Act.
The fines imposed on the offenders total $10,350. In addition, two of the offenders had fishing days suspended, while another had the shellfish he harvested confiscated. The offenders are:
