1:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend a memorial service for The Honourable Peter Lougheed at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. He will be joined by Mrs. Laureen Harper, Alison Redford, Premier of Alberta, Donald Ethell, Lieutenant Governor of Alberta, and his wife, Mrs. Linda Ethell.
