OTTAWA – The Privacy Commissioner of Canada’s 2012 Annual Report on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) is expected to be tabled in Parliament on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at approximately 10 a.m. ET.
This is the Commissioner’s last PIPEDA annual report before the end of her mandate and is entitled Privacy and Your Reputation: Who Shapes Your Identity Online? The report also examines other major privacy issues and recent activities of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Following the tabling, the annual report will be available online at www.priv.gc.ca.
