Ottawa — The Honourable Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister for La Francophonie, will join officials from the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group and the OSI Clinic Network to announce a new initiative in support of Veterans and others with operational stress injuries.
