OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will unveil collector coins commemorating the birth of His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge, during a ceremony at Rideau Hall on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at 11 a.m. His Excellency will be joined by the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, and Mr. Ian E. Bennett, President and CEO of the Royal Canadian Mint.
Born on July 22, 2013, His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge becomes third in the line of succession after His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales and His Royal Highness The Duke of Cambridge.
