GATINEAU, Quebec, September 13, 2013 – Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of periodic lane reductions on the Chaudière Crossing on several occasions. These reductions will occur between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on weekdays, from Monday, September 16 to Friday, September 20, and from Monday, September 23 to Friday, September 27, and will affect the Gatineau- and Ottawa-bound lanes.
Pedestrians will be affected by these periodic lane reductions.
These reductions are necessary to perform a general inspection of the bridge.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
