Ottawa – The Honourable Julian Fantino, Minister of Veterans Affairs, will join the Honourable Kader Arif, Minister for Veterans at the Ministry of Defence in France, for a wreath-laying ceremony at the National War Memorial. Minister Arif’s visit to Canada is focused on activities and events related to the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the First World War and the 75th anniversary of the Second World War.
