OTTAWA — The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, will speak at the first annual Canadian Humanitarian Conference, co-hosted by the Humanitarian Coalition and the International Development Research Centre. Minister Paradis will highlight Canada's commitment to work with partners on effective humanitarian assistance.
