OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will launch a national campaign designed to inspire Canadians to help build a smarter and more caring nation. The event will take place at Rideau Hall on Monday, November 4, 2013,at 9:45 a.m. The master of ceremonies for this event will be George Stroumboulopoulos, host of CBC Television’s “George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight,” who will interview His Excellency and other speakers attending the launch.
