GATINEAU, Quebec, November 19, 2013 – Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to advise pedestrians and cyclists of periodic boardwalk reductions on the Alexandra Bridge between November 20 and December 18, 2013.
These periodic reductions will take place on weekdays between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and on weekends between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Pedestrians and cyclists will be affected by these reductions. Cyclists will be asked to walk their bikes along the construction fence.
These reductions are necessary to conduct general repairs on the boardwalk.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
PWGSC encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
