OTTAWA—His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will meet with His Excellency Volodymyr Rybak, Chairman of the Parliament of Ukraine (Verkhovna Rada), at Rideau Hall, on Monday, November 25, 2013, at 11 a.m. The meeting will focus on educational linkages between Canada and Ukraine.
