The Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, will make an important national announcement about cyber and sexual violence against women and girls in Canada.
The Minister will be joined by Ottawa City Councillor, Allan Hubley, Ottawa Police Services Acting Superintendent of Criminal Investigations, Ian Kingham, and Executive Director of the Ottawa Coalition to End Violence Against Women, Erin Leigh.
The Minister and other event participants will be available for questions and a photo opportunity following the press conference.
