Prime Minister Stephen Harper will today participate in a moderated question and answer session with current and former students from the Ivey Business School (Ivey).
“The Ivey Business School provides world-class education to the business leaders of tomorrow,” said Prime Minister Harper. “I am pleased to have the opportunity to meet today with students from Ivey to discuss the measures that our Government is taking to create jobs and improve Canada’s business environment and overall economy, including through the historic agreement in principle that was recently reached with the European Union on a Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.”
During the question and answer session - which will be moderated by Ivey’s Dean, Robert Kennedy - the Prime Minister will discuss the Canadian economy, the benefits of the Canada-Europe Trade Agreement, and the Government of Canada’s commitment to creating a business environment that promotes competitiveness, risk-taking and innovation.
The Ivey Business School is part of WesternUniversity in London, Ontario, and is recognized as one of Canada’s top business schools. It offers courses in London and Toronto in Canada, and internationally, it offers courses in Hong Kong and Mumbai.
