Birch Narrows First Nation, Saskatchewan
Member of Parliament Rob Clarke today announced an investment of $51,908 on behalf of the Harper Government, through the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund, towards interior and exterior renovations to the Birch Narrows First Nation community centre.
Interior renovations include the installation of new plumbing and electrical systems to support the centre's meeting space, movie room, fitness centre, fully-equipped kitchen, and four computer stations for public use. Siding and roof shingles on the exterior of the building have been replaced.
