Pierceland, Saskatchewan
Member of Parliament Rob Clarke today announced an investment of $50,150 on behalf of the Harper Government, under the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund to upgrade the arena in the Village of Pierceland.
The energy efficiency of the building was improved by installing a rubber coating on the roof and adding spray foam insulation.

- The Pierceland arena is the main winter recreation facility in the community and hosts minor hockey, adult recreational hockey, figure skating and public skating.
- Pierceland Recreation Association is a not-for-profit corporation which operates and maintains the Pierceland arena, community hall and sports grounds for the benefit of all residents and visitors to the area.
