The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced that nine Abitibi-Témiscamingue organizations have been granted financial assistance for infrastructure improvements.
The assistance, granted in the form of nine non-repayable financial contributions totalling $342,741, has been awarded through the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund (CIIF).
