The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, today announced funding of up to $32.5 million for the construction of the Gaétan-Boucher Ice Oval in Québec City.
This project would see the construction of an indoor covered ice oval in Québec City, which will provide a state-of-the-art training facility for local athletes, while allowing the City to host major national and international amateur competitions.
