He will be joined by Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, and Paul Calandra, Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister and for Intergovernmental Affairs.
