The Government of Canada is investing $36,750 from the Airports Capital Assistance Program (ACAP) for the purchase of a runway condition reporting system which will provide timely, accurate and precise wireless reporting and recording of runway conditions.
“The Kenora Airport is a vital gateway for local residents, businesses, trade and tourism. This funding will enhance the safety of all those who use this airport, especially the communities and businesses in this region that rely on it.”
