On March 31st, 2014, Douglas Foreman, an inmate at Pacific Institution, died at the institutional hospital in Abbotsford.
At the time of his death, Mr. Foreman, 56 years old, had been serving an indeterminate sentence for second degree murder since February 10, 1978.
The inmate’s next of kin have been notified of his death.
As in all cases involving the death of an inmate, the police and the coroner have been notified, and the Correctional Service of Canada will review the circumstances of the incident.
