Minister of State (Finance) Kevin Sorenson will deliver remarks on the state of the Canadian economy and will make an announcement regarding pensions at a luncheon hosted by the Economic Club of Canada on Thursday, April 24, 2014. The Minister is scheduled to speak at approximately 12:00 p.m. (noon).
The speech will take place at the One King West Hotel, 1 King Street West, in Toronto, Ontario.
A media availability will follow.
Department of Finance officials will hold an embargoed technical briefing by telephone in advance of Minister Sorenson’s remarks.
