On May 19, 2014, during the 9:00 p.m. count, staff members at Collins Bay Institution discovered that Cale David Presnail was not accounted for. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) immediately contacted the Ontario Provincial Police Penitentiary Squad and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
Cale David Presnail is 40 years old, measures 185 cm (6’1”) in height and weighs 95 kg (210 lbs). He has a fair complexion, hazel eyes and is currently bald and has a long goatee. He has a brown birth mark on his left forearm, a tattoo of two swords on his left upper arm, a tattoo of a dragon on his right calf and a tattoo of a dolphin on his right upper arm. He is currently serving an indeterminate sentence for second degree murder.
Anyone who has information on the whereabouts of Cale David Presnail is asked to contact police.
CSC will investigate the circumstances of this incident and is working with the police to locate the offender as quickly as possible.
CSC has given the police all of the information available to help arrest the inmate.
